Hawkeye Mobile App
The Hawkeye mobile app suite is an intuitive and effective tool, available via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The phone apps report directly to the Hawkeye platform to provide real-time location data and communication with each user 24/7. Key functions of the app suite include: 1) A “bread crumb trail” providing a history of phone/user locational data over a series of days that is retrievable and reviewable on the Hawkeye platform. 2) Direct messages to app users regarding manmade or environmental threats that can be sent from the platform to individuals or collective groups with instructions to mitigate these threats. 3) SOS panic button that instantly alerts our GSOC and/or the client’s operations center, immediately establishing two-way communications (audio and video), thereby allowing the responsible operations center to immediately gather information regarding the incident.
User Privacy is of our highest concern. Personal information required for our services is protected and never disclosed to third parties without permission. Hawkeye will NEVER sell user information as is commonplace to many of our competitors. Additionally, locational data is not routinely monitored unless requested by a user, or there is a significant event occurring near the user that affects his or her security or safety. Lastly, the user has the ability to use an “incognito mode” feature on the app that hides the location of the user but still allows the user to use the phone app SOS button or communicate directly with the GSOC.
